Since I felt in love with fashion as a child, it was no question for me, that I would have a carrier on this field. After having my commerce diploma I started to work at a Dutch clothing brand, where I had a great opportunity to learn about communication and fashion trends. My first close experience with Italian designer brands was at the Kempinski luxury hotel in Budapest where I worked as a manager in one of the fashion shops. I happily joined the Metropolitan-team because the priority for me was always the satisfaction of my guests. Here they not only can renew their beauty but also can fresh up their wardrobe with the highest quality clothes.

Hand and foot care
I became a professional hand and foot care therapist ten years ago. Beforehand I was working in health care that gave me a good know-how to cure the problematic cases in hand and foot care. Based upon my experience abroad (I spent years in Austria) I developed a new technique, which was never used in Hungary before. Its major element is the usage of a special cuticle nipper instead of the traditional but less effective cuticle scissors. With the nipper the living tissue is never damaged so the swollen cuticles can be easily avoided and the result is esthetical and long lasting. I found myself in a great surroundings at Metropolitan, because just like for the rest of the team, accuracy and exactitude are very important for me.

I was always passionate about the look of my hand and fingernails so I kept telling everybody around me, how important this was. After I had graduated as a professional hand and foot care therapist, I started next to Ida Bartha and learned the revolutionary Bartha-technique. This unique method and the special tools we use during foot care gives us the opportunity to solve problems – such as ingrown toenails and under the nail plates – that were more than challenging earlier. Problem solving, indulging, and aesthetics are equally important during my treatments.

13 years ago it was just a test for me. I looked at beauty therapy as a temporary stage in my carrier. But life took a different turn. During my studies I realized that there is no better job for me. For many years I worked parallel as a beauty therapist and make up assistant. Little later I finished my studies at the University of Pécs, majoring in technological educator for cosmetics. After a while I practiced as an independent make up artist for promotions, photo shoots, and commercial purposes. Finally, when I realized that cosmetic therapy is the one and only profession for me, I returned to my roots and joined the team of Metropolitan.
